Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHAHWAZ KHAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Order Cancellations

Non-Cancellable Items

SHAHWAZ KHAN does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

Warranty-Related Complaints

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer your complaints directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing

For any refunds approved by SHAHWAZ KHAN, the refund process will take 3-5 business days to be completed.
